Sandra Bailey is an actor herself who has seen first hand the benefits of workshops and networking. Sandra graduated from the University of Houston Suma Cum Laude receiving a double degree. Her first degree was in Communication with an emphasis on movie production and her second degree was in Theatre with a minor in English. Upon graduation from college, Sandra packed up her mustang and headed for California.
While in California Sandra worked diligently and became a member of the Screen Actors Guild in the first year. Sandra has participated in many workshops and acting classes, as well as working both as an intern and as a paid employee for various Casting Directors. This varied “first hand “experience is unique to Sandra’s Actor base company. Having been through the process herself, Sandra brings a unique honesty and a keen knowledge of the industry to her clients. Because Sandra is an aspiring actor herself, she provides honest “hands on care” for her clients and will draw on her network of industry contacts to ensure that her workshops will invite the same industry professionsals that she herself wants to network with and learn from.
JOSH MARTINEZ

Josh Martinez is a self-motivated entrepreneur who broke into the entertainment industry as a teenager. His career began singing the national anthem for the Mighty Ducks, Anaheim Angeles, and country super stars Lila McCann and Brad Paisley. Josh was involved with a boy band that was featured on Dick Clark’s “Your Big Break”. Josh was noticed by a casting director from “The Lizzie McGuire” show while acting in a showcase. She provided him with the opportunity to guest star on the hit Disney series. Josh also co-stared on “Joan of Arcadia”, as well as recurring on General Hospital. Later, he started singing background vocals for recording gospel artist Tim Miner.
His career has not been limited to the forefront of the industry. He has worked extensively behind the scenes. Josh worked as the promotions director for Clear Channel Radio Station’s 99.1 KGGI, Radio Disney AM 1290, The Toad AM 1350. He was also an on-air talent who interviewed stars like Hillary Duff, Johnny Depp, and Orlando Bloom. Josh then began working for James Levy Management where their cliental included Hillary Swank, James Franco, Jenny Garth, and Rachael Leigh Cook. With the development of B-Scene studios, his vision is to see actors develop their skills and further their careers.
