Policies
We are easy-going here at B Scene Studios, yet we do expect the utmost professionalism from both our actors and guests. We believe in each and every member and, being actors and aspiring industry reps ourselves, want each of our clients to succeed. There are NO membership fees and if you check around, you will see that our prices are some of the cheapest in town.
The following is a description of the few policies we do have with descriptions of how things work and the responsibility each party has.
HOW TO RESERVE A SPOT IN A WORKSHOP:
1. The easiest way is to reserve directly from the site. Once you are accepted into the studio, you will be issued a login and password. Once you login, follow these steps:
- Click Schedule Calendar
- Click on the Workshop that interests you for a complete summary of the guest and all information regarding that workshop.
- If interesed in registering for it, click Participant Tab
- Click “My Participation Options.”
- Click “Join”
- Close the window and repeat the previous steps for all the workshops you would like to register for.
- Once you have selected all the workshops you would like to paricipate in, return to “My Control Panel”
- Under “My invitations” you will see all the workshops you have registered for. You MUST now confirm your registration in them by clicking “accept” on EACH ONE!
- Once you have confirmed your registrations for each workshop you will see them placed under “My Reservation Participation Box.” You can also visit “My Calendar” to see all the workshops you have joined for each month
- If you chose option one, your card will be charged the day of the workshop ONLY and you will be set to go, or for those in Option two, come 15 minutes early to the workshop to pay.
2. You can also email us to request to reserve a spot and we will add you to the list that way.
3. If the class is already at its max 21, you can sign up for the wait list and if someone drops out 72 hours before the workshop, we will go down the list and contact those wishing to jump in.
PAYMENT:
We take payments by credit card/check card, cash, or check and they are to be received on the day of the workshop. You MUST however leave a credit card or check card number on file with us. There are 2 payment options:- Option One: the card you have on file with us will automatically be charged on the day of the workshop
- Option two: You may pay with cash or check when you attend the workshop. There will be a $30 fee added, however, for all bounced checks. In the event that a check bounces, the amount of the workshop plus the $30 fine will be applied to the credit card on file with us.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
You MUST cancel at least 72 hours in advance for all one night workshops or you will be charged. You may cancel by emailing us or leaving a message. In such time we will contact those on the wait list to fill your spot. If you cancel after the 72 hour time frame, we will still try to help you out by filling your spot, but if we cannot find anyone within the short notice, you will still be charged the amount of the workshop and the card on file will be used. If you sign up for a workshop within the 72 hour time frame, this cancellation policy still applies.THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS ON ANY OF THE INTENSIVES. Your card will be run in full at the time of the reservation.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATEā¦. Please call us at 818-913-5088. We will provide the industry guest with a headshot on file and makes sure sides are pulled for you. You MUST call in order to still be able to attend the workshop and we will allow you entry up until 20 minutes into the workshop. After that, it is not appropriate to interrupt the industry guest. If you do NOT call, it is considered a NO show and you will not be allowed entry into the workshop.
